Born and raised in Brownsville, Tx along the US-Mexico border, photographer and director Justin Heron (b.1998) has had a diverse upbringing as an Apache-Mexihcatl-American. He creates work that speaks to his heritage, the intersections of culture within society and the communities around him. Today, Justin focuses on filmmaking that stems from a place of empathy at its core, merged with thoughtful, beautiful framework which defines the ethos of his storytelling; photographically and cinematically.
